WEIJENBERG collaborates with Chef André Chiang (50 world's best restaurants) for Singapore limited edition of Octaphilosophy / by camiel weijenberg

Following an award winning collaboration, restaurant RAW, between WEIJENBERG and Chef André Chiang, both creatives come together again to launch a special edition of André’s Octaphilosophy book, 27 April 2016 in Singapore.

Headed up by chef-owner, André Chiang, Restaurant André's menu centres around his 'Octaphilosophy' taking into account Chiang's eight elements of gastronomy: salt, texture, memory, purity, terroir, south, artisan and uniqueness. Octaphilosophy, explores one year in his restaurant sharing his unique approach to food combining the technical precision of Asian gastronomy with the Western culinary preference for produce, producers and seasonality.

WEIJENBERG will release 50 limited edition bespoke book casings which reflect the eight fundamentals of André’s philosophy to keep as a treasured keepsake.
