Camiel Weijenberg appointed Visiting Professor teaching Sustainable Design at Singapore University of Technology and Design / by camiel weijenberg

Founder and Director of WEIJENBERG, Dutch architect, Camiel Weijenberg, has been appointed Visiting Professor at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. Camiel takes on his new role this month teaching masters students on Sustainable Design with Japanese architect, Yuichi Kodai, of SANDWICH.

A scholar of the Architecture Association (AA) London with a distinction in technical studies and a foundation in Wood & Carpentry from College Amsterdam, Camiel’s previous positions include working at the renowned Zaha Hadid Architects and at Wilkinson Eyre Architects in London.

Camiel is currently conducting 2016 Capstone at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) exploring “Incorporating environmental technologies in prefabricated high-rise housing façade elements” and has taught Architectural Studies part time at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
